We will respond to you as quickly as we can. We may not answer your IM right away because we may be talking to someone in person
at the reference desk.
Longer, more complicated questions might be referred to another librarian or you
may be asked to visit the library in person or call us on the phone so we can help
you more efficiently.
Please use our 24/7 Ask a Librarian Chat service (below) if we are offline. A CSU, Chico librarian should be available via Meebo/IM during normal Reference Desk hours.
